prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables to enhance flavor and nutritional value

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Give 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
