ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. both are ok.. keep the temperature at a comfortable setting, that is not too cold or too warm.recommends maintaining a range between 24 and 30 degrees C of ac. but avoid direct blow of air to baby. Cover your baby with proper blanket.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi you can use any of them as per your convenience. just avoid overuse of it I mean ,give some fresh air exposure too to your child. keep the temperature moderated. dress your child with one more layer than usual.
