grains and millets - 3 servings
pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1 serving
seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving
fruits - 1 serving
milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese - 500ml
sugar 4 tsp
oil 5 tsp
control intake of processed and packaged foods.

Zincovit You can give it to both the child is the older one is going to have 5ML for two months and the younger one is going to have about 3ML once in a day for two months this is the zinc plus multivitamin I’m suggesting but you have to work for a diet as well because supplements or not going to meet up the deficiencies in the body when it comes to food so you have to look for that also
