which milk is good for the breastfeeding mother(full cream/malai or without cram)? concern regarding weight gain

A. Full cream milk you can go ahead with other is a packet milk or it is animal milk that’s completely your choice which one do you want to go ahead with you should have full fat full cream that’s going to be good for your overall health as well l
