RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 months agoA. Cherricof you can take for cough and for fever you can take any medicine that’s available to you that you have taken previously otherwise you can take Dolo 650 that is usually recommended by doctors also so you can go ahead with that if you want
