which medicine can I give my 2 months old baby who got cough & fever?

Please don't self medicate
measure the body temperature of her (not with mouth)
If the temperature is 100f or more , paracetamol drops can be given
0.5 ml paracetamol drops can be given to control fever.
The drops can be given at intervals of fuve hours.
Maximum four times , it can he given in a day.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
