which medi should i give him in fever...?? and at wat time?? he iz 4 months old

A. should i give 3-4 times a day?? any more medicine??

A. give pcm to baby 6 hr. Temperature more than 99 ° f is fever . It should be checked 2 to 3 times . Paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times for fever . It may be due to any infection or seasonal variation .
