steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to puree. Also, use the water the food is cooked in if necessary during pureeing. This is important because a lot of vitamins and nutrients seep out into the water while cooking.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello if the baby as completted six months then you can be giving your child steamed apple puree and also give baby banana puree also and papaya puree can also be given directly and even the chicoo also can be given directly which are all safe for the child
