The food that we eat on an every day basis that is the best to be given to the child for overall growth and weight gain and everything and for brain and basic growth of community you can start giving five pieces of almond and walnuts together like three piece each right now and then you should avoid giving junk and fried food and sugary for special as a biggest enemy to the brain growth as well as immunity of the child and no mobile time please
