you can I add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child
so you can offer all types of dyed which is made at home and which all of you are consuming

The Food that the entire family is eating is the best food for your child there is no difference in the food of parents and the child after the age of 1 to 1 1/2 years so whatever you are preparing regularly in terms of meals for your entire family exactly the same food is the same to be given to the child as well
