which foods I can give my daughter to gain her weight .? kamzor hai wo. I give Dalia in the breakfast . can it be the reason of weight loss.

A. Hai good evening !! Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include fruits and vegetables,milk and diary products, Leafy vegetables in regular diet. Daily daliya might make her bored try different recipes. Idly, ragi porridge, oats, Dalia, sooji porridge/upma with vegetables,dosa , kichdi , egg for breakfast. Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits, Idly, ragi porridge, cerelac with pulses grains, dry fruits milk shake,full fat milk, boiled egg helps in increasing baby's weight.
