A. Dear parent, you can give every food item that you prepare at home. Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Grains, cereal and pulses. Eggs and non veg foods like chicken, fish. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, raisins, dates. 500 ml of milk including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
