A. Hello mom calcium and vitmain D sources are helpful so foods such as dairy foods and products , milk, panner, etc. dry fruits and nuts, legumes like chana ,rajma etc . eggs, morning sunlight, millets such as ragi, green leafy vegetables, beans, brocoli etc
