as a child is 7 months old ,give food items like properly cooked rice with warm dal or with one tsp of ghee and pinch of salt , homemade cerelac , mix veg soup, mix veg khichdi , mashed veggies (potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, spongegurd , bottleguard, ashgurd) , fruits (apple, banana,pear, papaya, peach ) etc
