A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and have a good sun exposure. Give your child all the homemade healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.
