Dont follow any suggestions directly . understand the cause of it..is it due to oily food or excess oil in skin or dandruff or sm allergy..I got lot of dandruff and itchy scalp after delivery so followed proper hair wash routine.. followed by morning salicylic 1% face wash then niacinamide serum and at night dot and key mild retinol cream which is very mild..cam see difference.So understand the cause of pimples

You can try using Himalaya neem facewash as it has neem extract. You can also wash your face with neem leaf water. Apply aloe vera gel on acne.
  Don't use harsh soap on face and do apply coconut oil in night on face.
