Whether we can use this u shaped pillow for my 1 month old baby?

A. Its a simple question...Why there should be a detailed discussion? I will ask my local pediatrician. I thought it will be beneficial to all. Not at all satisfied with the answer

Q. Hi, I have 17days old twin baby girls. They are vomiting since a day though the burping was good. At times vomit came out from nose.
