worm infections are not very common before one year of age.
if you take care of regular hand washing as well as preventing dirty things from going inside the oral cavity of the child then this problem will not occur.
it is advisable to take help of a doctor who will tell you whether the child is suffering from worms problem.
usually medicines are given as a single dose and very rarely as a multiple dose

Can happen there is a possibility never heard much about it that it can happen with a three month old child but yes possibility is for everything so if you are facing this kind of an issue please take an advice with your paediatrician will help you with right medication to follow for your child
