Q.
whenever my child 4.3 years of age eats anything she complains of stomach ache..she poops everyday n eats well too..what could be the reason for this?

kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child.
also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk.
you cannot give chocolate and icecream.
you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food.
avoid giving raw food and also sugary food
avoid tea coffee. avoid packet foods and maida and biscuits.
the diet will help in recovery from stomach upset and will decrease colic and gas formation.
if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child
