when to start giving milk powder alternative to mother feed

A. hi mam , formula can be given if it is not possible for a mother to feed her child so ,it is not necessary to give . mam ,as breastmilk is best for Healthy growth of child,I advise to give it only . please give breasfeeding till you can.
