Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wear mask use hand sanitiser

Swapna sanjay RaichMom of 2 children4 years agoA. If you start it after completing 1 year then it will be good but at this age you can give chicken soup or fish soup yo your baby . You can give small piece of egg also if baby can digest it properly then you can continue it
