Q.

when taking into consideration the growth chart...how should I read it ...for instance if my baby is 4 months and 29 days old, should I still consider the baby to be 4 months and check for the growth and developmental milestone for a 4 month old baby?

A. Dr will read it to you in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
