Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. as such not required . Food containing all types of cereals like rice dal and protein sources like egg soyabean or paneer also green leafy vegetable and fruits for a complete diet . Protein powder like pediasure can be started after 2 yr of age .
