when should i start deworming medicine for my baby. and time interval also please mention

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at nigrht time and then repeaht the same dose after 14 days once this cycle should be repeated every six months at least till 5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor

You can give it one time now and then again after six months it can be repeated only if it is supposed to be given so if you want to go ahead with any medication then you can ask your paediatrician to suggest you the best one and then you can go ahead with thatWrite Your Answer Here
