when should I give my baby water to drink. He is 3 months 12 days old. also my baby doesn't sleep like in one go he sleeps in many breaks why is that so?

A. you can start giving water when he is a six month complete and if you are breast-feeding then do not worry there is no requirement of giving water to the baby because hydration is maintained by breast milk
