Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. probably baby baby passing hard stool and there can be e some blood because of this Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
