when my baby boy was born he was 3.4 kg now he's 6 kg at 3.5 months is it ok how much should a child gain weight during month

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Ideally, infants should gain approximately 140-200 gms per week and by 5th month, it should double the birth weight. Make sure to feed him fully and frequently I every 3-4 hours and it should also include 2 times night feed too. It is important to maintain a good feeding pattern so that it is easier for them to adjust later.
