When my baby born her features were too sharp but as she grow and gain face fat her nose is being flat it will possible to change in future after a certain growth

Hi Features are something which are from birth and you cannot change them maybe the face has become a little plump your child has become a little chubby which is my maybe you’re feeling that the nose is flat or something I don’t think so it has got anything to do with future the features are going to stay the same for rest of the life
