Q.

When is the right time to start cow milk ? my child is 1 yr and 4 mibths old i am low in breastmilk and child is not taking formula . is it okay to start giving cow milk ?

A. Hello mom yes yes very much actually from.age of 1 year onwards you can always prefer to give them cows milk as it is quite similar to cows milk formula can be avoided
