shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum give any kind of medication only if it is recommended by the doctor normally when the baby suffering from the loose motion there is lots of dehydration from the body happens done that time the doctor will suggest you the zink so do not give any medication on your own without any purpose
