Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Ideally around 3 to 4 months the baby should be able to respond to sounds. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for the first 6 months, for better health, nutrition and hydration. Good luck and take care.
