When can I start exercise after csection

A. you can go for physical activities which is very light but good physical activity is advisable only after two or three months . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

A. Hi mom It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga, cycling, walk, jogging to reduce weight and belly fat. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.
