POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. Eggs are rich source of protein, iron and calcium and must be introduced only in or after 8 months. Wherever feeding it for three first time, give yolk of a boiled egg for few initial days by mixing with some foods, then slowly start grating whole boiled egg in foods.
