when baby take cow milk and after vaccination baby swelling issue how treat please suggest

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician2 years agoA. Cows and buffelos or packet milk to be given safely after completing 1yrs of age.
No problem
And
Do one thing don't dilute cows milk /bufellos milk /packet milk, give it as it is.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
No need to worry for pain, fever, swelling after vaccination.
Its common after vaccination
If baby is crancky , exessive cry, swelling and fever then
Give paracetmol drops to baby for 1-2 days
Fever, pain will decreases in next 1 -2 days
Don't apply anything over vaccination site
It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine
Cont. to give feed as per demand
Keep ur baby well hydrated
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
Swelling will take it's own time to disappear.

aftee eight months shecan be given Desi cow a2 milk
for lump of vaccine , yoh may cold pras the affected area witb ice cube wrapped in cotton cloth
