when baby start hearing and reacting in which month???

A. Hello good afternoon !! Babies starts hearing ,reacting by 3-4 months. They able to see bright colours,react to sounds and our smiles ,expressions and they react with smile(social smile ) cry ,anxious when they listen to loud noises.
