you need to introduce now variety of recipes to the baby so that taste buds develop & accept
You can give 3 to 4 meals a day from recipes like dal rice ghee, khichadi ghee, upma, sheera, idli sambar, vegetable chilla, fruit smoothie banana milkshake, chicken soup, thalipeeth, puranpoli dhokla
