In 7 months, most of the foods of the baby will remain the same as 6 months, but frequency will change to 3 times a day and increase the quantity. You can feed foods like lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, apple, pear and carrot puree, home made cerelac, rahi and sooji porridge, mixed vegetable soup, etc.
