Whatever she eats immediately she is doing vomit. Can you please suggest what can be done

Neopeptine Drops you can give to the child 1.5 ML twice a day for a minimum of three days or maximum of five days I think your child may be suffering with indigestion which is what is going to be helpful currently otherwise you may consult your doctor as it is the simple indigestion and nothing else
