ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom from the age of one their is no much restrictions as such for toddlers , normal foods made for the family at home can be given to them. Also now animal milk preferably cows milk can be given to them . Dry fruits and nuts , whole eggs and non veg if preferred
