Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine but it is at the same time advisable to go natural by giving all types of homemade food which also contains all the important nutrients and supplements.
usually you have to give only Iron and Vitamin D supplements to the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage

If you have any concerns please consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
