what type of food is better for kids in the age of two years?

A. dear mum, at the age of 2 years, the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. Hello dear parent l! Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy.
