Fruits: bananas, soft pears, peaches, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries.Vegetables: soft-cooked broccoli, carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes.Protein: eggs, soft-cooked or ground meat, tofu, smashed beans, low mercury fish.Healthy fats: avocado, fish, olive oil, nut butters.
