Q.

What to give my 2 year old daughter to sleep peacefully? She wakes up after every one hour. I feel exhausted all day due to sleep issue

A. its very common till 3 yrs of age usually baby wakes up 2-3 times in night also upto 3 yrs no need to worry for that give good quantity of food before sleep at evening it will help
