Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. as breast are full the milk gets block and because you feel pain.. to get relief pump out milk..
gently massage..
you can store the milk and later give to baby if baby is not accepting feed at that moment..
take care..
if pain is severe consult the doctor..
