what to do for adequate milk production?

A. hi mam,milk secretion works on demand and supply. so you should offer plenty of breastfeeds to a child. The more your child is taking feeds ,the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil . you can also take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day for this.
