Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. for development of brain there are no special foods available you only traditional for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

break fast as poha cheela suji halwa upma dosa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos
mid morning any fruits
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
brain boosting foods as dry fruits as cashew almond sea foods as fish carrot
