Uma RamMom of 2 children1 month agoA. Hello good morning !! Infants sleeping hours should be 12-16 hours a day including naps in the day but varies baby to baby some may sleep more while sleep less hours but make sure to cover 12-14 hours a day is a must. Sleep impacts on growth harmone .
