what should be the position of baby after feed...side lying or on back when baby spits milk?

Babies spit some amount of milk and it is quite normal so you should definitely not worry about it at all. You just have to keep your baby on your shoulder for sometime after every feed. It will help baby to digest Milkey easily. Rather than this baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else till six months.
