below are the some of the best food which you can give to the child at this age.
but always remember to feed everything prepared at home for the child as the child has already crossed one year, except the red meat
this stage baby will be very active so it's always little difficult to gain weight.
feed the baby with one teaspoon of ghee daily and also includes milk products such as cheese ghee butter curd buttermilk.
give full cream milk for the baby.
give vegetables which are sweet potato potato green peas and more of green leafy vegetables.
give egg chicken and soup
