Four month baby should be totally on Mother’s Milk. And you have to feed your baby in every two hours and baby should take a feed at least for 20 to 40 minutes at a time. And once your baby turned six months old then you can start giving solids and water but till the time just continue with mother’s milk. If you are not getting sufficient milk then you can start giving formula milk
